Responsibilities

The Borough Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Borough, subject to the policies and directives of the Mayor and Council. The Administrator is responsible to the Council for carrying out policies established by it, for the faithful enforcement and execution of all ordinances of the Borough and all state laws subject to enforcement by municipal action and, in general, for the proper administration of all affairs of the Borough within the jurisdiction of the Council.

Powers and duties are described in the Borough Code (Amended November 24, 1992 by Ordinance Number 92-23).
