Our coaches are also required to attend the Rutgers Youth Sports clinic. If you have already attended, please make sure that the Recreation office has a copy of your card on file. If you need to complete the Rutgers Youth Sports clinic, you can find information about that program on the Rutgers website. The cost for the Rutgers course varies by hosting organization, but is generally $35 to $40.
Reimbursements
Pick a local class and register with the hosting organization. This cost will be reimbursed by the Recreation Commission. In order to be reimbursed, you must bring a copy of your Rutgers card and the receipt to the Recreation office after your course so copies can be made and added to your file. Reimbursements will not be processed without a receipt. The Paramus Recreation Commission will not reimburse coaches who take the Rutgers course for the PJBL. A purchase order will be created by our Finance Department and will need to be signed and returned so we can process a check.
