NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MAYOR & COUNCIL
Please take notice that the Mayor & Council of the Borough of Paramus will hold a Special Meeting, via elec-tronic means as described below, on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 4:00 PM. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss pending litigation in the matter of, LaBarbiera vs. Borough of Paramus, BER-L-4174-20, and LaBarbiera vs. Borough of Paramus, Christopher DiPiazza, Joseph Vartolone, and Jeanne Weber, BER-L-2318-20; To consider a resolution authorizing conditional offers of employment to police candidates recom-mended by the Borough Police Committee; and to consider any other matter that may properly come before the Mayor & Council.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b.,discussion of the pending litigation may be held in closed session, not open to the public.
